Ok you posted somewhat of an open ended question... first things first.
Infiniti is offering a $399mo. 12k Mi/yr $3,499 drive off lease (well at my dealership they are). What you really need to do is contact your nearest dealership and have them structure your lease for you based off of your driving habits.
Some people only drive 12k Mi/yr but do you? If you drive more have them structure it for more like 15k or 20k.
Some want a 24mo. lease and some like 36mo... or even higher... I personally wouldn't recomend over 39mo. lease
You can have them structure the lease with as little drive off as possible (down payment).
FYI leasing on sports cars are never really that strong based on driving habits of people that drive sports cars... usually the money factor (intrest rate) is horrible... but feel free to look into it.
