The Infiniti will a better lease vehicle than any Chrysler product because it has a higher lease-end value. The higher the lease-end value (residual), the lower the lease payments. Here's a calculator that you can use to figure out what your payments will be:

I don't think the either manufacturer will let you lease either one.
You will definitely not be able to lease a Challenger R/T right now. They are too popular.
Chrysler wont risk a guess on residual value when they can sell a car for MSRP, or higher.

If you can guarantee that you will not exceed the 12,000 mile per year limit, get the Infiniti. If you will use more miles, buy the RT..
leasing...you put down several thousand dollars...pay every month and at the end give them more money and the car....ending up with nothing.....buy it
